Duzán se pregunta en su columna ¿por qué no se registraron los gastos en que incurrieron los Hernández en el Cesar y en La Guajira? ¿Qué otros gastos de la campaña no están registrados que no conozcamos? ¿Por qué el fiscal Barbosa ha pasado de largo y se ha concentrado en investigar a los agentes que hicieron las grabaciones y no en el contenido de los mismos, que ameritarían la apertura de una investigación para saber si hubo o no una financiación ilegal de la campaña del presidente Duque?
