4. Amplios sectores de la sociedad civil se alinearon contra el gobierno uribista y se vincularon de diversas maneras, desde los artistas y grupos culturales hasta la iglesia católica y las universidades privadas, además de las organizaciones sociales populares.
5. Los abusos de autoridad por parte de las fuerzas policiales a lo largo de la tarde y la noche en algunas ciudades quedaron grabados en videos y evidencian la degradación de una institución que agrede salvajemente a su propio pueblo. Dos décadas de educación en Derechos Humanos no han servido para nada. Valdría la pena investigar el estado de salud mental de muchos de esos funcionarios armados, pagados con nuestros impuestos.

En todo caso, refleja el abandono del Estado a las zonas excluidas y la lumpenización de la juventud marginada. Ya se sabe que esta estrategia de ataques desde las favelas a la clase media, enfrentando pueblo contra pueblo, es un modo de propiciar el fascismo. Es el modelo brasileño.
